The Breakfast Experiment Begins May 12th!

If a food is considered a “healthy” one, is it possible that I still feel tired and cranky after eating it for breakfast?

Can you feel the difference when your breakfast is nutritionally balanced?

Can I break out of the usual breakfast grab-and-go breakfast food and find some healthy choices that taste good and make me feel great?

These are the questions we’ll explore in the coming days as we eat, observe, and record our way through the Breakfast Experiment! We’ll try some old morning standards as well as some new meal mash-ups, and spend some time really noticing how these different combos fuel our bodies and our minds, and as a result, how they affect our moods and energy levels.

Here’s how to participate:

  1. Watch Health Coach Ashley’s FB live on Friday, May 12th at 11:30 for an introduction to the Breakfast Experiment and some tips to help you make the most of it.
  2. Download a copy of the Breakfast Experiment tracker along with our suggested recipe list that you can print and hang somewhere handy.
  3. At the end of the week, set a reminder for yourself that Ashley will be hosting a Facebook Live video on our Facebook page on May 24 at 11:30, where she’ll answer your questions and you can discuss your findings with others about your own Breakfast Experiment.

Sharpen your knives and forks, dust off the blender, and mark your calendar for May 12th!
