Alexis Norris. Assistant Center Manager.
While on the path to becoming an elementary school teacher Alexis unfortunately had a medical emergency that left her frustrated and confused by our current healthcare system. She promptly changed fields and began working in a primary care office with a mission of changing healthcare customer service, one patient at a time. Fortunate enough to be involved in the “check-in” to “check-out” process and working in both the administrative and clinical side, she learned they both play a vital role in providing superior customer experience. Alexis has found a perfect match within Baby+Company where going “above and beyond” to meet patients’ needs is not only embraced by all of our colleagues but part of our model of care. Serving as an Assistant Center Manager here at Baby+Company has been such a blessing and allows her to combine her desire to change healthcare customer service with her passion for loving on babies.
